Amanda Carmack has requested a continuance on the grounds defense counsel has not received all of the discovery materials necessary to put on a proper defense. Her trial date set for February 3rd, 2020 has been reset for June 29th, 2020.

“Indiana Criminal Rule 12(D) addresses this issue. A change of venue or judge must be filed within 30 days of initial hearing. After that time, it can only be requested if newly discovered grounds for the change exist.”
